St Ninian’s

Condition Report for St Ninians Presbyterian Church, Riccarton Christchurch .

The report provided an architectural assessment of the condition of the building and its parts that was used to inform the design for earthquake strengthening.  On-site inspections were carried out in conjunction with local stone masons to assess earthquake damage, deferred maintenance items and Section 112 upgrades for Fire Design and Accessibility.

The construction is undressed basalt stone with internal reinforced concrete walls, slate tile roof, and sloping t&g floor.
